Lastly, you need to install your M.2 NVMe drive if you are using one in your gaming pc build. To do this remove the screw in the support standoff. Gently slide the M.2 into the motherboard slot then secure it down with the screw previously removed.
Install your motherboard
Once you have all of your components assembled, it’s time to install the motherboard into the computer case. This can be a bit tricky, so it’s important to follow the instructions carefully.
Ensure you have installed the I/O plate into the back of the case before installing your motherboard.
Start by locating the motherboard standoffs in the case and putting them in place. These are the little screws that will hold the motherboard in place. Next, take the motherboard and line it up with the standoffs. Be sure to check which side of the board should be facing up; typically, there is a designated “IO” (input/output) side with a bunch of ports and connectors on it.

Cable management is best done as you route and connect your wires. 1. Boot from the USB drive by pressing F12 or ESC at startup and selecting it from the list.
2. Select your language and keyboard layout.
3. Click “Install Now.”
4. Accept the license agreement and click “Next.”

6. If you choose Upgrade, your current version of Windows will be automatically detected and installed. If you choose Custom, you’ll need to select which partition you want to install Windows 11 on.
7. Click “Install.”
